The CT General Assembly’s Office of Legislative Research (OLR) puts its
reports and summaries of public acts online at www.cga.state.ct.us/olr.
This year it posted a good overview of
recent changes in the state ethics laws, dating from 1994, in Document
#2004-R-0434 —Ethics Reform and
Enforcement Legislation.
The
