We are in the home stretch in enacting a mandatory cap on global warming emissions in Connecticut .  HB 5600, An Act Concerning Connecticut Global Warming Solutions, passed the Connecticut House of Representatives last week and it needs to pass the Senate in the next three days!

By acting today, we can avoid the most serious consequences of global warming.  Let's all tell our state senators that Connecticut has an obligation to do something today about global warming.

Please call your state senator TODAY and ask them to vote YES on HB 5600 and enact a mandatory cap on global warming emissions.
