ENTRÉE Choice of 1: #1 - Broiled Scrod served with Israeli couscous, fresh asparagus with a tomato and chick pea puree; #2 - Chicken Breast stuffed with mushroom duxelle, laced with a port wine sauce and served with fingerling potatoes and seasonable vegetables; #3 - Sliced coulette (sirloin) steak served with a madeira sauce with seasonal vegetables and fingerling potatoes; Dessert will be offered by the chef the beginning of the week of the event (To include something special in chocolate or seasonal fruit etc.) Coffee and tea.
